  • Can I pay via Credit Card for goods?
    Yes, go to the following secure Yoco web page: Yoco Pay. Please use your sales order number as the reference when you complete the payment form.
  • Can I pay via EFT for for goods?
    For EFT payments please use the bank details reflected on the invoice supplied. Please use the sales order as the reference number and forward proof of payment to accounts@channels.co.za
  • How do I query my invoice, balance and statement?
    For account enquiries, please send an email to accounts@channels.co.za
  • How do I update or change my account details?
    Please email the new information to accounts@channels.co.za.
  • How much does it cost for delivery?
    The standard delivery fee is R130.00 excluding VAT. We will provide you with a quotation for special deliveries and deliveries to outlying regions.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Standard delivery is 3 working days. If you have any special delivery requirements, please email customers@channels.co.za or phone us at +27 86 111 4028
  • Can I track my parcel?
    Yes, we will provide you with a track and trace number as soon as your order has been processed.
